Shipping policy

We deliver within Pakistan to locations supported by our delivery partners.

Processing time: Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after necessary confirmation.

Delivery estimate: Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days after dispatch. Remote locations, public holidays, weather, and courier disruptions may cause delays.

Delivery charges: Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking: Tracking details will be shared after dispatch where available.

Delivery availability: If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for an order we cannot fulfil.

Address changes: Contact us before dispatch to request an address change. Changes after dispatch may not be possible.

Unsuccessful delivery: If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or customer unavailability, any redelivery charges will be explained and agreed before reshipping.

Delayed or missing parcels: Contact us so we can investigate with the courier and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Parcel opening: Opening a parcel before payment is available only if expressly confirmed for your order.
