Welcome to [QadamGo]. These terms apply to purchases made through our online store.

Products: Please review product descriptions, size guides, prices, and availability before ordering. Product colours may appear slightly different on different screens.

Prices: Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Applicable delivery charges and any additional charges will be displayed before checkout is completed.

Orders: An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Acceptance is subject to stock availability and verification of order details.

Payments: Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available only where offered for your order and delivery location.

Customer details: You must provide an accurate name, phone number, and delivery address. Please contact us promptly if any details need correction.

Cancellation: You may request cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

Errors or unavailable stock: If an item is unavailable or a material pricing error occurs, we will inform you before proceeding. If the order is cancelled, any payment collected for it will be refunded.

Returns: Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Applicable law: These terms are governed by applicable laws of Pakistan and do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

Updates: Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
